Kafka

Apache Kafka is a distributed publish-subscribe messaging system and a robust queue that can handle a high volume of data and enables you to pass messages from one endpoint to another.

Kafka functions in the Global variable macro (Development)’s integrated library allows for simple configuration and fast connectivity to and from Kafka’s messaging system, while ensuring transaction safety. With Usage Engine’s Kafka functions, you can collect distributed messages for continuous processing in the streams. You can also determine the methods for collecting and forwarding of these messages.

With Kafka functions, you will be able to retrieve messages from Kafka topics using the Kafka Consumer function, and send messages using the Kafka Producer function on Global variable macro (Development).
