A workflow configuration enables you to create a workflow consisting of:
A workflow template: the schema of the agents and routes that you draw on the workflow template.
A list of workflows that share the same settings and are included in the configuration.
The workflow properties:
ÂWorkflow table: The appearance of the table that displays the list of workflows
ÂError handling
ÂAudit settings
ÂExecution options

Note!
Every workflow configuration is a single entity, regardless of the number of workflows it contains.
To create a new configuration, click the button in the upper left part of the Desktop window, and then select from the menu. Select workflow type and then click Create.
To open an existing w configuration, double-click the configuration in the Configuration Navigator, or right-click a configuration and then select Open Configuration(s)....
