Workflows(3.2)
A workflow configuration enables you to create a workflow consisting of:
- A workflow template: the schema of the agents, and routes that you design on the canvas.
- A list of workflows: these workflows share the same settings and are included in the configuration.
- The workflow properties:
- Workflow table: The appearance of the table that displays the list of workflows and any configuration specific to each workflow.
- Error handling: Sets how errors are handled for the workflow.
- Audit settings: Map the audit data to an audit table in a database.
- Execution options: Set up ways to execute your workflows.
Note!
Every workflow configuration is a single entity, regardless of the number of workflows it contains.
You create a new workflow configuration from the Build view of the Desktop User Interface. To open a workflow configuration, click Build → New Configuration. Select Workflow from the Configurations dialog.
To open an existing w configuration, click Build and select the workflow configuration in the Configuration Browser, or right-click a workflow configuration and then select View Configuration.
