Workflows(3.3)

A workflow configuration enables you to create a workflow consisting of:

  • A workflow template: the schema of the agents, and routes that you design on the canvas.
  • A list of workflows: these workflows share the same settings and are included in the configuration.
  • The workflow properties:
    • Workflow table: The appearance of the table that displays the list of workflows and any configuration specific to each workflow.
    • Error handling: Sets how errors are handled for the workflow.
    • Audit settings: Map the audit data to an audit table in a database.
    • Execution options: Set up ways to execute your workflows.

Note!

Every workflow configuration is a single entity, regardless of the number of workflows it contains.

You create a new workflow configuration from the Build view of the Desktop User Interface. To open a workflow configuration, click Build → New Configuration. Select Workflow from the Configurations dialog.

To open an existing workflow configuration, click Build and select the workflow configuration in the Configuration Browser, or right-click a workflow configuration and then select View Configuration.
