A workflow configuration enables you to create a workflow consisting of:


  • A workflow template: the schema of the agents and routes that you draw on the workflow template.

  • A list of workflows that share the same settings and are included in the configuration.

  • The workflow properties:
     

    1. Workflow table: The appearance of the table that displays the list of workflows
       

    2. Error handling
       

    3. Audit settings
       

    4. Execution options

Every workflow configuration is a single entity, regardless of the number of workflows it contains.
