3.1.3 Workflow Menus

The contents of the menus in the menu bar may change depending on which configuration type that has been opened in the currently displayed tab. A workflow configuration uses the standard menu items that are visible for all configurations, and these are described in Configuration Menus inĀ 2.1 Menus and Buttons.

The menu items that are specific for workflow configurations are described in the sections below:


The File Menu

Print...


Select to print out the workflow configuration.


The Edit Menu

ItemDescription

Cut


Cuts selections to the clipboard buffer.

Copy


Copies selections to the clipboard buffer.

Paste


Pastes the clipboard contents.

Workflow Properties


Select this option to open the Workflow Properties dialog where workflow related data is configured. For further information, see 3.1.8 Workflow Properties.

Preferences

Select this option to change the appearance of the workflow template. For further information, see Visualization in 3.1.6 Workflow Template.

The Agent Menu

ItemDescription

Collection

Use this option to select a collection agent to include in the workflow. The menu to choose from varies depending on the workflow type that you have opened, see 3.1.1 Workflow Types. Note that you can also add an agent from the agent pane, see 3.1.5 Agent Pane for more information.

Processing

Use this option to select a processing agent to include in the workflow. The menu to choose from varies depending on the workflow type that you have opened, see 3.1.1 Workflow Types. Note that you can also add an agent from the agent pane, see 3.1.5 Agent Pane for more information.

Forwarding

Use this option to select a forwarding agent to include in the workflow. The menu to choose from varies depending on the workflow type that you have opened, see 3.1.1 Workflow Types. Note that you can also add an agent from the agent pane, see 3.1.5 Agent Pane for more infomation.

The Workflows Menu

ItemDescription

Add Workflows...

Use this option to select workflows to add to the workflow table at the bottom of the workflow configuration. See 3.1.7 Workflow Table for further information.

Delete Workflow

Select this option to remove the entire workflow that is associated with the cell marked in the workflow table. See 3.1.7 Workflow Table for further information.

Filter and Search...


Select this option to open a filter and search bar below the workflow table. See 3.1.7 Workflow Table for further information.

Open Monitor

Select this option to open Workflow Monitor if the selected workflow is valid.

Import Table...

Select this option to open an import dialog where you import an export file. For further information, see 3.1.7 Workflow Table.

Export Table...

Select this option to open an export dialog where you select and save workflow configurations in a file. For further information, see 3.1.7 Workflow Table.
