The Decoder agent converts raw data to internal UDRs, based on information from a UFDL decoder definition or MZ format tagged UDRs (the 
specific general format). This is a processing agent for batch workflow configurations. For more information on the Ultra format, see Introduction to the Ultra Format Definition Language.
