Usage Engine offers a comprehensive set of tools for designing data and information management solutions. It enables you to ingest, process, and distribute data across multiple input sources and output destinations.

The intuitive graphical development environment provides a wide range of building blocks and ready-to-use adaptors for seamless integration with partner applications. Within Usage Engine, solutions are organized into streams, which are often interconnected within a solution.

Streams are constructed using functions, modular components that allow you to ingest, cleanse, enrich, correlate, and aggregate data. Once processed, data can be forwarded externally using forwarder functions. Data ingestion supports both batch processing (such as reading files from an S3 bucket) and streaming (such as receiving data through an ingestion API).

Usage Engine is designed to process data continuously, based on defined scheduling criteria.
