Netty Version 4 Supported for PSI Agent

From  8.1.9 and 8.2.0, Netty version 4 is supported for the PSI Agent, and from 8.1.9 and 8.2.1 Netty version 4 is also supported for the Websocket Agents.  will be completely upgraded to Netty version 4 shortly, starting with the PSI Agent in  8.1.9 and 8.2.0.

Select Netty version in the Connection tab of the PSI Agent Configuration. For more information, refer to 9.58.2 PSI Agent Configuration and 9.82.1 Websocket Agents Overview.
