New Password Policy Implementation Breaks Backward Compatibility

The new password policy implementation impairs password management in 8.1.8. For example, password management operations such as resetting a password or setting a new password cannot be performed. A workaround is to remove the platform parameter mz.security.user.control.password.extra.type=regexp.

Furthermore, as a result of the new password policy, the property extra.message is no longer configurable.
