Kerberos authentication request for HDFS Agent

With Kerberos enabled for the HDFS agents, the Kerberos authentication requests will not be sent to the server every time the workflows containing HDFS agents are executed.

An expiration check has been added for the HDFS Collection and Forwarding agents so that it does not send a Kerberos authentication request when there are other workflows with HDFS agents that uses the same Kerberos configuration in the same EC.

A Kerberos authentication request will only be sent when the previous authentication ticket expires or when the EC is restarted.
