9.20.6 Duplicate UDR Inspector
To open the Duplicate UDR Inspector, click the
button in the upper left part of the Desktop window, and then select from the menu.Note!
Ensure that the Read Only check box is selected unless you need to delete batches from the cache. If not selected, the profile will be locked and workflows using the profile will not be able to write to the cache.
Search for Duplicate UDR Batches
Initially, the inspector window is empty. To populate the window, select Search Duplicate UDR Batches dialog.

Setting | Description |
---|---|
Profile | Select the profile that corresponds to the data of interest. |
Processed Period | Select to search for batches processed during a certain time period. |
Content Period | Select to search with respect to time span of the indexing field in batches. This option is only available if the selected profile has a timestamp indexing field. |
MIM Criteria | Select to use a regular expression to search for a selected MIM resource value. |
Sort Order | Select to specify the sort order when displaying the list of batches. |
Lock Handling | Disable Read Only if batches need to be deleted from the cache. Exclusive access to the cache is required for deleting batches, meaning that if a currently running workflow is using the selected profile, the workflow needs to be stopped to be able to get exclusive access. |
Inspect Duplicate UDR Batches
Once the search criteria has been specified, the Duplicate UDR Inspector window is populated with matching batches.

Result List
Item | Description |

Show Batches | If a search results in a large number of batches, this enables switching between different batches in the result list. |
ID | The index of the batch in the search results. |
Txn ID | The transaction ID of the batch. |
Processed Date | The date when the batch was processed. |
MIM Values | The MIM data stored for the batch. Double-click this field to view all MIM values. |
Content Start / End | The Duplicate UDR Detection agent stores batches in date segments. The columns show the date range of the actual data that was duplication checked during transaction. If the transaction contains dates older than the Max Cache Age, configured in the Duplicate UDR profile, Outside range is displayed. If both Start and End show Outside range, all dates in the transaction were older than Max Cache Age. UDRs that are outside range are always routed as non-duplicates since there is no duplicate data to compare them to. These columns are only visible if Duplicate UDR profile. is enabled in the |
Records | The number of records (UDRs) processed for a given batch. |
Duplicates | The number of duplicates found in the batch. |
