9.19.6 Duplicate Batch Inspector

TheĀ Duplicate Batch InspectorĀ is used for viewing the meta data cache used for duplicate checking. To open the Duplicate Batch Inspector, click theĀ Tools button in the upper left part of the Ā Desktop window, and then selectĀ Duplicate Batch InspectorĀ from the menu.

Initially, the dialog is empty. To populate it, search criteria needs to be specified in theĀ Search Duplicate BatchesĀ dialog. SelectĀ  Search... Ā from theĀ  Edit Ā menu to access the dialog.

Profile

Select the profile which corresponds to the data of interest.

Creation Period

Option to search for data created during a certain time period.

SelectĀ  OK Ā to view the matching data of the search.

Edit Menu

Flags selected entries for deletion. SelectĀ SaveĀ to commit deletions.

If no entry is selected, all entries are deleted.

Search...

Displays theĀ Search Duplicate BatchesĀ dialog, where search criteria may be modified.

Show MIM Values

Shows all MIM values for the selected duplicate batch.

Show Batches

Matching entries are bundled into groups of 500. This list shows which group, out of how many, is currently displayed. An operation targeting all matching entries, will have affect on all groups.

Note, there is a limit of 100 000 entries for a match. If the match exceeds this limit, any bulk operation (deleting etc) must be repeated for each multiple of 100 000.

ID

The index of the batch in the search results.

Txn ID

The transaction ID of the batch.

Creation Time

The time when the transaction was created.

MIM Values

The MIM data stored for the batch.
