1.1.2 Desktop in Browser

Desktop in Browser allows you to use any feature provided in the Desktop application over a web interface.

Some features function differently compared to a Desktop started by the Desktop Launcher. Details of these features are provided in 1.1.2.2 Differences in Desktop in Browser compared with Desktop Launcher.

To access the Desktop in Browser you must first start the Web Desktop Server. For further information, see 14. Desktop in Browser in the System Administrator's Guide.
