3.2.1 Creating a Workflow Group Configuration
To create a new
configuration, click the button in the upper left part of the Desktop window, and then select from the menu.To open an existing Open Configuration(s)... .

Workflow Group Menus
The Edit Menu

The Member toolbar is located beneath the Group Members table, and consists of three buttons: Remove , Up and Down. This option must be selected if you want to have these buttons visible in the view. To remove the buttons, clear the check box for this option. | |

Workflow Group Buttons
The contents of the button panel may change depending on which configuration type that has been opened in the currently displayed tab. The workflow group configuration uses the standard buttons that are visible for all configurations, and these are described in 2.1 Menus and Buttons.
Workflow Group Tabs
A workflow group configuration has three different folder tabs: Members , Execution, and Scheduling which are all described in more detail below.
Members
Item | Description |

Available to add | Upper pane: Displays a tree view of the workflows and workflow groups that are saved within their respective configurations, and are available to you to add as members when creating a new workflow group. Lower pane: Displays a list of workflows that are included in the workflow configuration that you select from the upper pane. Note! A workflow group can be a member of another workflow group. |
Group Members | Shows the currently added workflow group members. |
Execution Tab
Contains settings described in the section Executing a Workflow Group in 3.2.2 Managing a Workflow Group.
Scheduling Tab
Contains settings described in the figure, The Workflow Group Scheduling Tab in 3.2.2 Managing a Workflow Group.
