You open the Categorized Grouping agent configuration dialog from a workflow configuration: you can right-click the agent icon and select Configuration..., or double-click the agent icon.
In the Categorized Grouping agent you have two settings:

Select the button to open the Configuration Selection dialog. Browse for and select the preferred profile to be added to the agent. | |
If this is disabled the output files will automatically be divided in multiple UDRs per file. The output files will be divided in suitable block sizes. |
