Workflow Table Tab(3.1)
This tab enables you to select the information that you want displayed in the workflow table, and set specific table cells to different value modes such as Final, Default, or Per Workflow.
Item | Description |

Field Selection | Use this drop-down list to display in the table below either fields of a certain agent, or by selecting Show All, all the fields in the table below. |
Show Final | Select this check box to list in the table below only the fields that are set to Final. |
Show Unavailable | Select this check box to list the fields that are write-protected. The unavailable fields are listed grayed-out and set to Final. |
Name | The names of fields of the Workflow Table are listed in this column and include:

Final | Select this check box to block this variable from appearance on the workflow editor table. Note! This variable can still be modified, but only from its configuration. For example, if the variable belongs to an agent, open the agent configuration dialog to modify the variable. |
Default | You can select this check box to set the field value to Default only if it is already set to a certain value in the configuration. You can modify a default value from the workflow table; the default value remains in the field and appears grayed-out, and the new value appears in black text on its left, within the same field. |
Per Workflow | Select this check box to be able to set the value of the relevant field for each workflow on the workflow table, separately. Note! If you cannot set the profile per workflow in the workflow table, see the user guide of the agent that the profile is assigned to, for further information. |
Enable Dynamic Workflow Configuration | Select this check box to enable dynamic configuration of Workflows based on this template. Dynamic configuration means the ability to create and modify workflows without having to change the template. This is typically done through an EC Deployment Web Interface(3.0). When enabling this, two new columns are enabled for configuration in the table:

Enable External Reference | Select this check box to enable the use of External Reference values from within the workflow table. For example: a properties file. For further information, see External Reference (3.0). Note! Only one External Reference profile can be used per workflow template, meaning that all workflows connected to the workflow template use the same External Reference profile. |
Profile | Click External Reference profile. For further information see the section To Create an External Reference Profile in External Reference (3.0). to specify the |
To edit the Execution Context Field:
- Â In the Workflow Table tab check either Default or Per Workflow for the Execution Settings field.
- Â Click .
- On the workflow table, right-click the Execution Settings field that you want to edit, and select Edit cell; the table cell now includes a ... button.
