The Workflow Table can be configured with: 

  • Manually entered values. 
  • External References, pointing to values in property files and databases. Note that most profiles can also activate parametrization, making those profile parameters available in the Workflow Table.

Import and Export of Workflow Table 

When managing multiple environments (e.g., test, pre-production, and production) it can be beneficial to export the different workflow tables to CSV-format. This allows one configuration export to be valid across several environments in combination with importing the appropriate CSV-file containing the specific configuration. Also, when managing many rows in the table, it can be a good idea to import/export the table to a CSV-format (for easy editing in Excel).Â
