IPDR Protocol

The Internet Protocol Detail Record (IPDR) is used to provide IP based service usage information, performance and usage measurement of cable modems, multimedia terminal adapters and others. The IPDR is used by Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) applications.

IPDR SP Specification Description

The requirements for IPDR SP collection, encoding and transport protocols for the exchange of IPDR SP records are all included in the IPDR SP Specifications. The IPDR SP DOCSIS definitions is used as maintained by CableLabs.
