Installation Overview

The system installation consists of the following steps:

  1. Install a Platform Container.
  2. Install Execution Containers (optional). This step is required if you want to distribute the system across multiple hosts, or if you want to use separate Containers for your Platform and ECs.
  3. When running the regular Desktop in a web browser, nothing more is needed, but if you want to use the legacy Desktop, you need to do one additional step:
  4. Install and configure a Desktop Launcher, seeĀ Installing the Desktop Launcher.
