You open the System Insight fowarding agent configuration dialog from a workflow configuration: you can right-click the agent icon and select Configuration..., or double-click the agent icon.

To send data to System Insight using the System Insight forwarding agent, you must create a Measurement UDR and send it to the agent. For further information on the Measurement UDR, see 9.81.5 System Insight UDR Types.
It is recommended that an Aggregation agent with a 10 sec timeout precedes the System Insight forwarding agent in your workflow to send data to System Insight.
When you send data from the forwarding agent, the name of the metric always begins with custom.<name of metric>.
