6.4 Configuration Monitor

In the Configuration Monitor, the status for configuration operations, such as import, save, update, etc can be monitored.Ā

To open the Configuration Monitor, click the Tools button in the upper left part of theĀ Desktop, and then select Configuration Monitor from the menu.

The Configuration Monitor view

By default, only the users own operations are shown, but all operations can be shown by selecting the check boxĀ Show All Operations.

In the table, all active operations and how they progress are shown.

In the status bar at the bottom, you can also see progress information about the different parts in the operations in plain text and also a small status wheel showing overall progress.

When an operation results in an exception during recompilation of configurations, or a dependent configuration switches state, a warning is raised and the operation row will stay in the list until it is manually deleted. A warning sign is also placed on top of the status wheel in the status bar.
