Profile

    1. Click your email address at the top-right side of the banner, then click View profile.

    2. The Profile page opens, where you can view and change your first and last name, and reset your password.

    3. To reset your password, click Reset password. You receive an email with a link to your registered email address.

      The new password must contain:

      • At least eight characters

      • At least one uppercase character

      • At least one lowercase character

      • At least one number

      • At least one special character

    4. To change your first or last name, enter the new details, and click Update profile.
