Visualizing Metrics With Grafana(4.0)

There are three example dashboards available. Prometheus scrapes data for all MIMs in all workflows and you do not have to pre-configure MIMs to expose them to Prometheus.

The examples are installed automatically if you use the Grafana dashboards file in the example provided in Setting up Grafana(4.0).

For the multi-panel pico statistics dashboard, choose the deployment name and pod name in the top left corner.

The MIM metrics dashboard displays a chart for a chosen MIM. If there are multiple workflows populating the same MIM then there is one line per workflow in the same chart. This may not be what you want if many different workflows use the same MIM - but you can customize dashboards to avoid this.
