System Exporter - Web Desktop(3.1)
Compared to the System Exporter in the Desktop launcher, you cannot select an output target path. The ZIP file that you create is saved to your local disk.
To open the System Exporter, click the Tools button in the upper left part of the  Desktop window, and then select System Exporter from the menu.
Â
- In the System Exporter, select options according to your preferences in the Edit menu.
Click the Browse button, and in the Save File dialog that appears, enter the name of the zip file that you want to create for export. The default name is systemexport.zip.
- In the Available Entries field, expand the folders and select the check boxes for the entries that you want to export in the Include column.
Click on the Save As button if you want to save data about your export.
Note!
After you have selected the entries that you want included in the export ZIP file, you can save your selections combination before you click Export. This is particularly useful if you export a certain set of selections regularly.
The saved selection combination is a *.criteria" file that contains data only about your selections. It is not an export ZIP file. The *.criteria" file is stored on your local disk and not in the system.
Click the Export button to start the export process.Â
The ZIP file is saved to your local disk.
For further information on the System Exporter, see System Exporter(3.0)Â but note that the user documentation is written based on when you are using the Desktop Launcher.
