Nokia IACC agent configuration dialog - Nokia IACC tab

FieldDescription

Host

The host defines the IP-address or hostname where the Naming Service is to be found.

Port

The port defines the port to be used for the Nameserver.

Name

The service name the agent is to be connected with.

Timeout

The maximum time to wait for an answer in seconds. If timeout is zero, however, then real-time is not taken into consideration and the agent simply waits until notified with an answer.

Server Host

The Server Host defines the IP-address or hostname where the Nokia IACC server is running. If the Server Host is empty local host will be used.

For the communication with the Nokia IACC agent to work, each Nokia network element needs to be configured with the same Naming Service host, port and name.

If one of the configuration fields is incorrectly populated, the workflow will abort with a communication failure.
