To open the Data Veracity Maintenance system task configuration:
Click the Show Configuration Browser button in the upper left part of Desktop to show the Configuration Browser pane.
In the SystemTask folder, double-click the Data Veracity Maintenance workflow.
A workflow containing the Data Veracity Maintenance agent is opened. Double-click on the agent to open the configuration.
Pre Delete
Any UDRs or batch files that has the state Pre_Delete will have to be approved for deletion by a user with the appropriate privileges and permissions. Pre_Delete data will not be removed by the Data Veracity Maintenance System Task workflow.

Reprocessed | If this check box is selected, UDRs and batch files with the state Reprocessed will be deleted from all Data Veracity tables when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). If disabled, the UDRs and batch files will remain until manually cleaned out via the Search option in the Search & Repair(4.1) view. If 0 (zero) is entered, all UDRs and batch files with state Reprocessed will be removed whenever the cleanup task is performed, with a minimum time interval of one hour. Default setting is 7 days. |
