You will see this one-time screen when When you log in to an account for the first time to a new account., you will see the following screen:

You can start by creating a new stream. If you want to learn how to create a stream for your use case there are some pre-made streams, example streams, that you can import directly into your solution. For more information, see Example Streams.
To create a new stream, click Create Stream and to import an example stream, click Import Stream.
If you have not created any solution and if you log in again, you will see the following:
