The Platform Container holds the authoritative version of the STR, any changes to the registry must be done in this copy.
Each Execution Container has a replica of the STR. When a process is started on an Execution Container, or any other actions relying on the STR is performed, the Execution Container replicates any changes to the registry from the Platform Container.
Changes to the STR replicas on individual containers are not possible, since they will be overwritten by the version residing on the Platform.
