To open the ECS Maintenance system task configuration:
Click the Show Configuration Browser button in the upper left part of Desktop to show the Configuration Browser pane.
In the SystemTask folder, double-click the ECS Maintenance workflow.
A workflow containing the ECS Maintenance agent is opened. Double click on the agent to open the configuration.
Cleanup Tab

Setting | Description |

UDRs | If this check box is selected, UDRs will be deleted from ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). If disabled, the UDRs will remain until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. If 0 (zero) is entered, all UDRs with state Reprocessed will be removed whenever the cleanup task is performed, with a minimum time interval of one hour. Default setting is 7 days. |
Batches | If this check box is selected, batches will be deleted from ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). If disabled, the batches will remain until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. If 0 (zero) is entered, all batches with state Reprocessed will be removed whenever the cleanup task is performed, with a minimum time interval of one hour. Default setting is 7 days. |
Statistics | If this check box is selected, statistical data will be deleted from ECS when it is older than the number of days stated (1 - 999 days). If disabled the statistics will remain in the system. There is no other way through the GUI to remove the ECS statistics. Default setting is 21 days. |
