You can create and provision a service model in three different ways: 2.4.1 Creating a Profile and Provisioning via Desktop, 2.4.2 Creating a Profile and Provisioning via the Web UI, 2.4.3 Creating a Profile and Provisioning via REST.

To deploy the new service model, all KPI Management workflows need to be restarted.
