The Desktop user interface has a top menu bar consisting of the following options:

The Desktop Standard Menu Items
Item | Description |
---|---|
Build Menu | This will open the Build menu. Here configurations can be created and managed. |
Manage Menu | This will open the Manage menu that lists the data management and the tools & monitoring sections. |
Desktop Options Menu
On the top right side of the Desktop view, the Options menu list can be opened. When clicked on it, a menu list with the available options will be shown.

Profile | This opens up the User profile options. |
Logout | This logs out of the current instance. |
Build Menu
The Build Menu is associated with configuration creation and management. When accessed it opens up the relevant window selection. The layout is organized into several sections:

Left Sidebar | Shows the current root position and the Create package button at the bottom, used to create |
Top Sidebar | Shows the filter and search section, as well as the configuration management options - the button to create a New Configuration and hNew Folder and Refresh. |
Main View | Shows the available configurations. Here the individual properties are also shown – their validity, encryption status, availability, permissions, owner, and modified date. |

Manage Menu
The manage menu opens up a dialog box displaying the available data management controls and the tools & monitoring capabilities accessible from the Desktop interface.
