When exceptions occur, the RTBS agent generates messages and routes them to the subsequent agent in the workflow.
 

  • NODE BUSY ERROR. Maximum number of blocking threads to <hostname:port>:

    The service is blocked by too many simultaneous workflow threads.

  • NODE BUSY ERROR. <hostname:port> is unreachable:

    The service is blacklisted.

  • Node <hostname:port> does not respond and will be blacklisted:

    This message will also appear in the System Log.

  • NODE BUSY ERROR. Charging Manager is blocked by maximum number of threads:

    The IpChargingManager is blocked by a maximum number of workflow threads.

  • NODE BUSY ERROR. Timeout when connecting to the Charging Manager:

    Timeout occurred when connecting to the IpChargingManager.
