Configuring and Managing Workflows
The contents and structure of the Workflow Table are determined by the settings in the Workflow Table tab of the Workflow Properties dialog. Here, you can add rows, set field types, and make other adjustments that are immediately reflected in the table.
Beyond the initial three columns, the table includes additional columns for fields defined as either Default or Per Workflow type. For more details about these field types, refer to the Workflow Properties
You can also define custom fields to be referenced and updated by your APL code. These fields, configured in the Workflow Properties, can be of boolean, integer, or string type, and can be organized into categories for easier management. In APL, these fields are accessed using the dynamicFieldGet command.
Default values are displayed in the table as <default value>. If no default value is set in the agent in the template, < > is displayed. If the field is of a Per Workflow type and not yet defined, the cell will display an invalid icon () showing that it is invalid.
Note!
You can change the order of the table rows by clicking on a column header. Each click cycles the order through three states: unsorted (not ordered), ascending, and descending.
Table Icons

Note!
Number fields are sorted numerically, while other fields are sorted alphabetically.
If a column contains External References, those references are sorted alphabetically by their name. For columns with numeric values, numeric entries are grouped and sorted numerically, while External References are grouped separately and sorted alphabetically within their group.
