SQL Agents

This section describes the SQL collection and forwarding agents. The collection agent is available for batch workflows. The forwarding agents are available for batch and real-time workflows.

MediationZone supports several database types, for example, Oracle, SQL Server, and Derby. In this user guide, it is assumed that you know the SQL syntax needed to retrieve information from the database.
