Error Correction System

The Error Correction System (ECS) is designed to handle error UDRs and Batches that fail validation and require manual intervention before they can be successfully reprocessed.

Error UDRs and Batches are sent to ECS with a batch workflow via ECS forwarding agent or cancelBatch functionality respectively as described further in the sections Example - ECS Handling of UDRs and Example - ECS Handling of Batches.

Collection of data from ECS can be configured with a batch workflow using the ECS collection agent.

Error UDRs and Batches may be examined, deleted, or updated in the ECS Inspector.
