Context field added for HTTP/2 Request UDR

Many of the built-in UDRs of type "request-reply-cycle" have a context field - a free field for any information. Typically, this is used to save the original contents of a request before it is passed for processing. Now, the HTTP/2 RequestCycle UDR also has this field.
