Stream annotation

A stream annotation is a textual description that can be added to a stream. A stream annotation can be used to improve readability of the stream, and provide a holistic picture of what the stream does.

A stream can only have one stream annotation. The stream annotation is displayed on the left side of the canvas and cannot be moved.
