Secret types

A secret type defines the kind of credential you store in the Secrets wallet. When you create a secret, you select the secret type that matches your system or service, for example, AWS, Azure, database, Google, or Kafka.

Each secret type requires specific credentials, such as access keys, tokens, or passwords. Selecting the correct secret type ensures that UsageCloud uses your credentials securely and efficiently.
