In UsageCloud, streams can be scheduled by adding scheduling rules to run the stream at a specific time and select how often you want the stream to run. After scheduling a stream, you can also view the assigned schedule rules or cancel the schedule.
Before scheduling a stream, you must deploy a tagged version tag of the stream. See Deploy for more information about deploying a stream.
Note!
If a scheduled run occurs while the stream is already running (from an earlier scheduled or manual start), the new run request is ignored, and the ongoing execution continues. The stream will run at the next scheduled time and only if the status is Complete or Failed.
You can start or restart the deployed version of a scheduled stream on demand.
