Service Objects
This section briefly described service object provided by DigitalRoute. The detailed description for service object is stated in Support Service Descriptions for Cloud Service - Service Level Agreement Version 1.0 2022.
Uptime Monitoring
DigitalRoute shall monitor the uptime of the Usage Engine instance for the Customer. The measurement of the uptime is made by monitoring the service for availability to execute scheduled business processes (streams).In the event of an anomaly, DigitalRoute will take actions to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
In the event of the DigitalRoute’s Usage Engineservice disruption,that is the result of unexpected behavior of an external system in the Customer’s solution or a design fault in the Customer’s application implementation, then timely actions shall be executed to inform the Customer, so that continued investigation can be undertaken by them.
