For the best experience, view the UsageCloud user interface on a screen with a horizontal resolution of 1920 pixels.
Environment
UsageCloud has two environments:
Environment | Base URL |
|---|---|

US |
Login
When you log in to an account for the first time, you see the start screen.
To create a new stream from scratch, click Create stream.
To import an existing stream, click Import stream.
If you want to learn how to create a stream for your use case, you can import example streams directly into your solution. See https://infozone.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DAZ/pages/7848108 .
The first solution is created with the default name Sample Solution. You can change this name.
Note!
If your session times out, a Session expired dialog appears.
SSO
UsageCloud supports federation with your identity provider. You can centrally manage UsageCloud user identities by configuring a trust relationship with your provider. After you establish this relationship, users in your domain are directed to your identity provider, and you control who can access UsageCloud and their security policies, such as password complexity and multi-factor authentication.
If you want to configure a trust relationship between UsageCloud and your identity provider, contact us at https://digitalroute.my.site.com/s/ .
UsageCloud supports the following identity providers:
Okta WorkForce
Microsoft Azure AD
Microsoft AD
Google Workspace
Ping Federate
If your identity provider is not on the list but supports SAML or OpenID, contact us through https://digitalroute.my.site.com/s/ for an evaluation.
