Annotations
An annotation is a boxed text that can be added to a stream or a group of functions in the Stream editor . Annotations can be used to improve readability of streams, provide contextual information on the streams, and allow for the grouping of several functions with a logical group name.
Annotations are part of the stream configuration, and are included in the stream when the stream is exported or imported.
Annotations can be added to the stream itself, or to a function group. Function groups are a collection of functions, with annotations specific to the function group.
