Note!

Sometimes news includes a link to more detailed information, for example a documentation page, a blog post, or a related article. In that case, a right‑arrow button is visible at the top right of the news. If there is no link, the right‑arrow button is not shown.

Service incident and planned change pop-ups

Service incident and planned change news can trigger a pop‑up so that you see critical information as soon as possible.

Each service incident or planned change triggers a pop‑up one time, the first time you log in after it is published. After you close the pop‑up, you can still access the same news from the What’s new icon.

Read and unread news

When new news is published for your account, it appears as unread in the What’s new panel. A red notification dot on the What’s new icon shows that you have unread news.

Ordering and updates

The What’s new panel shows the most recent information first. News is ordered from newest to oldest.

Availability period and visibility

News is available for a limited time. News remains visible for up to 90 days from the publication date. When a news passes its availability period, it no longer appears in your What’s new panel.

Some news may target specific accounts. As a result, you may see different news than users in other organizations.
