An IPDR SP Template profile is used to generate a DOCSIS 2.0 SAMIS, DOCSIS 3.0 SAMIS-TYPE-1 or DOCSIS 3.0 SAMIS-TYPE-2 template accessed by real-time workflows using the IPDR SP agent.
The IPDR SP Template profile is loaded when you start a workflow that depends on it. Changes to the profile become effective when you restart the workflow.
Configuration
To create a new IPDR SP Template profile, click the New Configuration button in the upper left part of the Desktop window, and then select Profile from the menu.
The IPDR SP Template Profile is displayed.

The following settings are available in the IPDR SP Template profile:

IPDR Service Definition | Select the supported definitions from the dropdown to display the proper template fields for the IPDR SP Template profile. The default selection is DOCSIS 3.0 CMTS-CM-REG-STATUS-TYPE. |
| Template Fields | Select the options from the drop down to indicate the fields that will be used in the selected IPDR Service Definition. Different fields will be present in the Template Fields for each of the Service Definition. |
