Configuration
To open the Excel Decoder collection agent configuration dialog from a workflow configuration, you can do the following:
- right-click the agent icon and select Configuration...
- double-click the agent icon
The Excel Decoder agent configuration dialog
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
File Extension | Select the file extension of the expected Excel file in this drop-down list. |
Process All File | Select this check box if you want the entire files received to be decoded. |
| Tabs Configuration | If you want to decode parts of the files received, use this section to configure which tabs and cells in the received files you want to decode. |
| Temporary Directory | In order to decrease memory consumption, you can store metadata in in a temporary directory stated in this field. |
Transaction Behavior
This section includes information about the Decompressor agent's transaction behavior. For information about the general transaction behavior, see Workflow Monitor. The Excel Decoder agent does not emit or retrieve anything.
Input/Output Data
Input/Output data is the type of data that an agent both recognizes and delivers.
The Decompressor agent consumes bytearray types and delivers ExcelUDRs.
MIM
For information about the MIM and a list of the general MIM parameters, see MIM. The Excel Decoder agent only publishes and accesses MIMs of general type.
