To open the ECS Maintenance system task configuration:
Click Build and expand the System Task folder. Click the ECS_Maintenance task.
In the SystemTask folder, click the ECS_Maintenance workflow to open a workflow containing the ECS Maintenance agent.
- Double-click the agent icon to open the configuration.
Cleanup Tab

Setting | Description |

UDRs | Select this checkbox to delete UDRs from the ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). The default setting is 7 days. Clear this checkbox to keep the UDRs until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. Enter 0 (zero) to remove all UDRs in state Reprocessed whenever the cleanup task is run, with a minimum time interval of one hour. |
Batches | Select this checkbox to delete batches from the ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). The default setting is 7 days. Clear this checkbox to keep the batches until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. Enter 0 (zero) to remove all batches in state Reprocessed whenever the cleanup task is run, with a minimum time interval of one hour. |
Statistics | Select this checkbox to delete statistical data from the ECS when it is older than the number of days stated (1 - 999 days). The default setting is 21 days. Clear this checkbox to keep the statistics in the system. There is no other way to remove the ECS statistics via the GUI. |
