To open the ECS Maintenance system task configuration:

  1. Click Build and expand the System Task folder. Click the ECS_Maintenance task.

  2. In the SystemTask folder, click the ECS_Maintenance workflow to open a workflow containing the ECS Maintenance agent.

  3. Double-click the agent icon to open the configuration.

UDRs

Select this checkbox to delete UDRs from the ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). The default setting is 7 days. Clear this checkbox to keep the UDRs until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. 

Enter 0 (zero) to remove all UDRs in state Reprocessed whenever the cleanup task is run, with a minimum time interval of one hour. 

Batches

Select this checkbox to delete batches from the ECS when they are older than the number of days stated (maximum 999 days). The default setting is 7 days. Clear this checkbox to keep the batches until manually cleaned out via the ECS Inspector. 

Enter 0 (zero) to remove all batches in state Reprocessed whenever the cleanup task is run, with a minimum time interval of one hour.

Statistics


If this check box is selected, statistical data will be deleted from ECS when it is older than the number of days stated (1 - 999 days). If disabled the statistics will remain in the system. There is no other way through the GUI to remove the ECS statistics.

Default setting is 21 days.
