This section describes the SAP CC agents.

Supported Versions

The following versions of SAP CC are currently supported:

  • Version 4.0
  • Version 4.1
  • Version 5.0

  • Version 2020

  • Version 2021

  • Version 2022

  • Version 2023


Note!

SAP CC agents will only work with SAP CC 2023 or newer when using secured connection/TLS. This is due to Java 17 compatibility.

SAP CC agents can work with earlier versions of SAP CC when not having secured connection/TLS configured.
