This event is reported during workflow initialize. It shows the reference to the Charging Manager.

Launching RTBS web server

This event is reported during workflow initialize in order to tell the user that the centralized web server in the Execution Context is about to be initialized.

This event is reported in case Debug has also been activated as part of the agent's configuration dialog. It reports statistics over the measured number of simultaneous RTBS sessions, the average throughput, latency (average and max) and number of requests.
